Daemon Hosting

We are currently evaluating various billing systems to use here at Daemon Hosting. It is becoming harder to find one that fits into the services that we offer however at this current time we don’t have the resources to design one from the ground up, so it will be an off-shelf solution with a few modifications.

We’d like to hear from users about what billing system they may have experienced with previous hosts and why it was or wasn’t good. Feedback is excellent and we want to hear from the general public before we make any sort of decision, as clients will be using the billing system a lot more than us .

We’ve rolled out some improvements to the “Compare Plans” shared hosting page.

We now list the extras that all shared hosting accounts can have “bolted-on” to them, such as more disk space and a dedicated IP address. Also, we’ve listed any discounts that may be applicable, to give you a clear indication of any sales or offers that we currently have on the shared hosting range.

We also list our payment methods for shared hosting accounts and various details related to them.

Hopefully this improvement will make it clearer for customers who want to know a little more before they subscribe. Of course, if you do have any additional questions that we haven’t covered you are more than welcome to drop us a line and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
